By accessing and using Coachable Cards, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Coachable Cards for personal and commercial coaching purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or materials
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Account

When you create an account with Coachable Cards, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Coachable Cards in any way that:

• Causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the service
• Is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
• Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmits any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Collects or harvests information about other users without their consent
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Coachable Cards and CalnFlow LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or post through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Coachable Cards, CalnFlow LLC, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Coachable Cards, even if Coachable Cards or a Coachable Cards authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Coachable Cards are provided on an 'as is' basis. Coachable Cards makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
